The SERIAL KILLERS AWARD is about celebrating those filmmakers that deliver our daily stoke, that offer up regular installments of our favourite surfers and their shinanegans. These directors mine the coal face of creativity so that we can enjoy a regualr salt water fix when the surf is flat or we are land locked and desk bound.
