Wherever you are in the world, on whatever day at some point the sun also rises.
Narrated by Burgs a spiritual teacher, connecting concentration and mindfulness. Through daily conscious living I’m trying to connect with what Burgs talks about here. I find myself so busy yet with so many wonderful things surrounding me I often forget to sit still and watch the birds, so this mediation is a reminder for all to sit and appreciate our incredible world.
