Finisterre have been going their own way for two decades and we’re delighted to walk alongside them

We’re long time friends and admirers of Finisterre who this year celebrate 20 years of supporting surfers journeys into the cold. Born in a small Cornish village out of a love of cold water surf exploration, they’ve continued to push against the flow to establish their own way of being and doing.

We’re delighted to have Finisterre on board as our presenting partners – not least because of their commitment to seeking out those materials that help us as surfers limit the impact we have on the world around us. Their wetsuits are made from 100% sustainably sourced natural rubber and don’t compromise on the important things like warmth and flexibilty. You just have to check out the likes of Noah Lane, Sally McGee or Mike Lay surfing to see how good the suits are!

Here’s a little overview

Yulex Pure® natural rubber 5mm hooded suit for 7-11℃ sea temperatures, with updated taped seams, high internal pile and a recycled polyester outer face and lining. Front entry zip and a tight fit for no flushing. Designed to last numerous seasons.

A year-round versatile favourite. Built with Yulex® natural rubber, manufacturing these suits produces up to 80% less CO2 than using traditional neoprene. From 2021, all our wetsuits are built using Yulex® – furthering our commitment to protect our ocean playgrounds.

Tight fit when new and will loosen slightly after 10-15 wears.
