Tom’s reputation as one of the most fearless men in surfing was hard-earned in the cold black waves of west Ireland, and has taken him to Mavericks, Maui, Nazare, the North Shore and beyond. This intimate film builds a picture of this complex character through a patchwork of memories and stories sown together through interviews of family and associates who have born witness to Tom’s dedicated and dangerous journey.
